    Today i have taken 2 rides.
    One from sector 71 mohali to phase 9 Mohali. (Billing amount 58 rupees, distance 4.3 km).
    Second from phase 9 mohali to sector 71. (Billing amount 146 rupees, distance 13.8 km). But wrong distance shown shown by your application. Distance of 4.0 km shown is 13.8 km. And estimate money shown in trip is 50 to 60 rupees. Bhut total billing amount received is 146 rupees.
    I want my money back. This happened due to some error in your software.
    We have not travelled more than 4.8 km. But system shows 13 km.
    I want my money back.
    This is my bad experience with Uber.
    I think your will support me and solve the issue as soon as possible.

    Dear sir/madam,
    1. If Want to contact to you but I am not able to connect. Last night I was book a cab but The cab was delay 25 mints and after I was call driver that how time you will take driver say only 5 mints but after comment he was not arrival on time. at last the driver was without my permission cancel the cab and I reach on railway station late train has gone before me. I was booked a cab today (03/04/2017) afterall for me but after trip driver say me that give me fine 50/- for last cancellation trip.
    2. I have using a promo code but I am unable to use benefits of promo codes.
    If you solve my problem it”s ok otherwise I will take hardly action(I will disconnect to uber With my familly ,Hotel staff and my friends group ).

    Yesterday I had booked a Uber pool to rcity from my residence the fare was shown Rs 49, I booked it. Surprisingly I was charged Rs 319 instead of Rs 49.
    I tried to register my complaint on support@uber.com surprisingly the mail doesn’t get send at all.
    I want refund of my balance payment towards my yesterday’s fair charge. You cannot illegally change the ride charges.

Surprisingly I was charged Rs 419 and Same day residence to below 4 km showing amount 38 but charged – by my paytm account – amount 238 this is not good chitting to all customers and no properly bangalore customer care number so sal immde this problems

    Hi All,

    This is regarding my trip from Pune railway station to Wanowrie, near to sai sagar restaurant distance is only 5.8 kms.
    I have used uber cab twins 1st time is 11th July 2017 at 3:30 AM charges was took Rs 90/-
    Second time on 16th August at 3:20 AM charge were took 190/-

    Iam from Hyderabad and working in Pune whenever I reach pune I take OLA cab since from two years. And my minim bill will be Rs54 to 90/- max not more then that and depend upon late night charges are included in this.

    Here iam enclosed few screen shot of different date and time of OLA cab invoice.

    Why is Uber is charge more for same distance?????
    For 1st time it was 90/- but why 2nd time bill is Rs190/-
    If this issue is not sort out iam going to consumer court.

    Till yesterday i was quite happy with the services which is provided by your side; But my experience on August 29, 2017 was annoying as the application was not updating my location as well as my destination in the Cab driver’s app. I booked the uber from my current location which shown somewhere else in driver’s app and after contacting the driver he managed to reach me then the destination was not matching. it was really disturbing.
    Please update your driver’s application accordingly so that the customer should not suffer unnecessarily.

    hi . am Gaurav kumar, i booker a ride from malviya nagar to netaji subhash palace , i paid amount of rs340 from my paytm account but when i reached at my destination , deriver sohan vihical no. DL1RTB9185 ,told me to pay rs 512 as cash amount , i told him tht i have already paid but he said uber has not recieved any prepaid amount , i checked my balance , balance was deducted from my account , except this he took rs512 from me .. i asked him for reciept thn he said i m in hurry ill whatsapp you , i said ok, but now i m calling him and he is abusing me and giving me a threat of murder…. what rubbish is this… please take a proper action

    Today (13th jan,2018) at 8.30 i took a uber ride from Matunga to Vikhroli in Mumbai and paid the driver Rs.215( driver name Mohammed,car Hyundai xcent.I have not received the receipt at my Email so far, though for the last one month i was receving the same regularly.I am regular uber user.
    Dont now whom to contact,.Kindly assist.
