    Mr. Nair,

    Your Nodal Officer / Ms. V. Agarwal / your customer service department are not interested in solving customer queries. Please go through the trailing mails below. I understand your department must be flooded with customer complaints given your pathetic services hence the delay of more than a month.

    Your department is harassing me by not givin the resolution for my problem. I want to change my regustered mobile number updated with tikona. But i cant change it bcoz my registered email id with tikona is wrongly updated. Its more than 15 days i am callin to cust serv dept nd concern people. But still nothing is being resolved due to which i am not able to reset my password for tikona login nd use the services. Just gettin false committment. This is completeley inhuman behaviour from tikona. Customer has the rights to get new details updated without any issue.

    22nd is my billing date and I’ve tried from 21st July for making payment.But Ur Tikona site showing technical issue.Today on 22nd July i tried 4 times but error popup sth BAN No and transaction failure .i tried contact customer but as always after trying 15 min.i was on hold. other hand I get a msg from my bank for 2 times payment deduction confirmation.still your site shows payment fail.
    I called again for this issue but waited another half an hour and in reply ur executive has nothing to say .on my request she transfer my call to technical dept.and one of your best adviser deny to accept that its your site fault instead he try letting me digress .like i am a literate fool and he knows everything and pass me that its your bank fault go and ask him.when i rigid that its your and your site issue ,in reply he said ok ! what should i do now.your payment will return but after 15 days.
    this is not first time i suffered before in transaction.i am very much disappointed with your services.

    I am just paying for tikona connection without any connectivity at my home since last 4 months. Requested several times for resolving or disconnecting connection at toll free as well as local office. Nobody is attending and still I am being served with a bill every month.
    If anybody from tikona wants to listen, request to disconnect my connection at Katraj pune immediately as I will not pay any further bills.

    Kindly take an effort to check all the mails that you guys receive from the customers.
    I have had asked to terminate my services since last month( email sent to your declared email ID date 8/07/16 ) yest there is no response for the same,
    Tried calling to all your toll free numbers as well as head office numbers but all your officers are busy all the times. (God knows what kind of irresponsible officers work there)
    It is my humble request to terminate the services and kindly update your data base as this user is already terminated your (worst) services.

    i would like 2 give you some information regarding tikona wires and devices robbery going on in mumbai goregaon west motilal nagar 2.one of ur executive name zahir pathan he works for you.he and his tikona companions steal cat5 cat6 wires and wireless nano beams in large quantity and sell it.if ur team raid his house and his office next 2 his house u will recover 2000 mtrs of wires around and boxes full of wireless nano beams.if ur team call him he will b alerted by some insiders.go directly.

    TIKONA, THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER, I HAD A SIX MONTHS PLAN I PAYED A CERTAIN AMOUNT AS A PLAN, AFTER THREE MONTHS YOU PEOPLE STARTED CHARGING ME FOR THE MONTH, TILL SIX MONTHS TIKONA IS CHARGING ME MONTH WISE, INSTEAD OF HAVING A SIX MONTHS PLAN, ONCE EVEN A EXECUTIVE VISITED MY PLACE FOR THE PAYMENTS, I SHOWED HIM THE PLAN AND HE VERIFIED THATS THE MISTAKE BY TIKONA, LATER AFTER TWO MONTHS THEY SUSPENDED MY SERVICES AS I DID NOT PAID NEXT MONTH BILL, NOW I AM GETTING A CALL FROM A SPAM NUMBER STATING THEY ARE CALLING FROM COURT AND THEY HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN ON ME ON NON PAYMENTS, WEN I EMAILED THEM, THEY SAY THAT THE PLAN WAS STARTED IN MONTH OF MARCH 2016, SO IF WE CALCULATE FROM MARCH SIX MONTHS IS SEPTEMBER.     Tikona services are very bad.
    Internet never work when you want to use.
    If you will request to disconnect they will agree on call but do not disconnect from their end. They will generate new bill without informing you. After three -4 months billing cycle they will call you and ask to pay the bill.
    You will shocked as you requested to disconnect how it is possible. Then they will suggest you to call by registered number.
    If you will drop an email for disconnect request they will suggest to call by registered number. If you will call you have to wait 40 -45 minutes to talk any executive. And they will repeat same.

    legal notice to tikona
    i took the connection from tikona on 29 may,2016 and paid 3 month rent(i.e 3892) in advance. from the very first day I was unhappy with your services as the connection keeps on disconnecting so I contacted you *with in the days 7 days I request you to disconnect the connection and refund the money but I got the response that I wont get my money back which is a breach of your own customer charter and *you never send me a customer charter *I rote a mail but never got any response. Since then I kept calling tikona on a daily basis but didn’t got any solution so I took the connection from airtel and start using both just few days ago I started getting reminders from you saying that my bill is due for 1597 rupee I got a call from your collection department I ask her to disconnect the connection she sad your services has already suspended and I have to make a payment of the amount due I told her I am not going to make a payment because of the reason I have mention earlier. On 27 oct, 2016 *12 Oclock at night when I was sleeping your collection agent breach( amit sharma contact no +91-9911956219) the security of my society and came to my flat and ring the bell of my house he told me that I have to make payment *he abused me (he sad tere maa chood dunga) and gave me a life threat ( he sad yaha ka local hmm aur gujjar hmm yahi goli mardonga and put his hand on the right leg showing that he is going to take gun out). which made me really angry my family member took me inside and talked to him he gave a *full and final settlement of 200 rupees. He was paid in cash he took away the adopter and gave in writing that my account is settle in full but next day in the morning I got the message saying that 192 rupees is paid in account and * remaining balance is 1424.67 rupees. i call customer care they confirm the same. While I was filing the complain( reference id 14406255080) he disconnected the call. I request you to disconnect the connection and resolve the issue I *am not going to pay you the amount due ill inform the legal and authority about the criminal activities of your company and take a legal action against you If you wont reply me in writing within *10 days.

    LOL .. I got a Legal message that I have to pay 1870 for connection cut off in May 2015 ! i asked them in May 2015 , to cancel with many follow up emails and scolding them on customer support ! Tikona is really hell a lot of company that even after getting so many marked complaints on their own website , they refuse to attend any of them , other than messaging with threats of legal notices.

    Hatsoff to bogus company ,i will let all friends know never take service that tikona provides !

      I got a Legal message that I have to pay 1366 for connection cut off in Jan 2016 ! you people are cheaters only. your Legal Department Abused badly giving comments on Parents making calls for the amount.

      from six month before Jan’2016 there will be a single day tikona works well, what r u doing. i asked them from August’2015 to December’2016 to rectify the same but no response , I asked to cancel with many follow up emails and scolding them on customer support even to their customer service head at Mumbai Mr. Nair but ! Tikona is really not bothered that even after getting so many marked complaints on their own website , they refuse to attend any of them , other than messaging with threats of legal notices. Even they are not ready to send any one to customer end for interest in giving no objection certificate to customer but goes on increasing bill amount and send legal notice SMS, Threaten Calls ects, But Still I have no idea whether the connection is disconnected as my password is no more valid and nobody is communicating from the customer care side.
      If anybody from tikona is listening,I request to disconnect my connection at immediately as I will not pay any further bills.

    I requested for a new Tikona broadband connection. I choose Tikona because there were no other internet service providers in my area in Bangalore. So I my connection paying Rs. 2805

    The speed was tested by the service man that made the installation. I was able to use my connection for a few days. The speed wasn’t good but I was fine with whatever worked.

    After a few days, I was hardly able to use the network. I had to make numerous calls to the customer care. They always provided some random reason. The network used to work sometimes when I got like really angry at the customer care, Else mostly never worked at all!!

    The customer care guys are worse. They have no idea of what the customer needs. They always say some other network provider has cut Tikona’s cables by a mistake. Seriously !! So finally I decided to say Good-Bye to this network after failing all attempts.

    Now i made two attempts of disconnection. I called by the customer care and asked them to disconnect. They also had given me a disconnection ID. Hence I assumed the disconnection was done. However, I keep getting bills month after month and each month an increased bill. I ignored those.

    Now I get a call from an Advocate from Delhi. She was arrogant and her tone was really really bad. She warned me at any cost I will have to clear my bills with fine else the consequences will be bad. And also I had to appear to court in Delhi. I did not understand why I have to visit a Delhi court when I had taken a connection in Bangalore and the Tikona head office is in Mumbai.

    I thought it could be a fake call and ignored. However, I now get a notice from an advocate to my house address. I believe that the company is really only trying to make money and cheat customers. This is my worst experience ever for trusting a service.

    Now I will had to see how to deal with this never ending problem though I have hardly used any service at all! TIKONA makes your life HELL

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We requested your people to come and re-install in our newly shifted office, as per request after a long followup you person Mr. Thangaraj P has come and did installation before shifting the system. For that reason we are not able to check whether he did the connection properly or not.

    After Shifting the system we found internet was not working at all. We called your customer care number, after 5-7 days continue, after a lots of followup they gave one person number, when we called him he says we have to speak with the person who did installation for us. After that there is no response from him. We tried calling Thangaraj, his number was not reachable. Till December 1st we are waited for your response. Finally we took Act Connection.

    Now your people are asking installation charge. We already spoken with your accounts as well as your technical team to cancel and refund the amount. When we said this, immediately you are sending bill for us.

    Without using your connection for a single day, why we have to leave 4370/- and why we need to pay 287.28 ?

    We have all the record of our payment as well as complaint nos. and your person’s email ID etc. In case if you are not cancelling our connection and if you are not paying, in that case we are going to rise a complaint in Consumer Court. Don’t think only our company will rise a complaint, below our office there is a HDFC bank, even they are facing same issue. If we joint together rise it will be strong. I think you know that.

    This is for your kind information.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    I am frustrated with Tikona services and also facing problem for outstanding payment. I paid for all but still getting email for payment i don’t why but this is very very bad service and I am not happy with Tikona. Even I got legal calls then I paid for those I didnt take services. Totally unprofessional and unethical. I will not prefer to anyone for Tikona services.

    I am just paying for tikona connection at my home since last 4 months.The bill collection agent Loganathan was also reminded to disconnect after the bill was paid , which he replied that it would automatically get disconnnected . Requested several times for resolving or disconnecting connection at toll free as well as local office. Nobody is attending and still I am being served with a bill every month.
    On jan 20,2017 again , I had to pay around Rs 2600, including the disconnecting charges. But Still I have no idea whether the connection is disconnected as my password is no more valid and nobody is communicating from the customer care side.
    If anybody from tikona is listening,I request to disconnect my connection at immediately as I will not pay any further bills.

    Worst customer service every and worst connection.Out of 3 months 2 and half months there was no internet connectivity and even after calling again and again customer care people are helpless and not everytime we are allowed to speak to customer care and there is no escalations allowed

    Hi people never ever try or imagine to use a tikona service…the worst ever service as well as very very poor Customer service…the engineers never show up for fixing the problem of connection after being raising a complaints n call after call to customer care…no use of getting installed…pathetic services..fucking service need to file a complaint against this service provider.
    So i rather suggest this provider to fix the problem of the consumers whoever is using ur services before we stand together n fight against this provider….u better serve the services well or rather get this fucking service off from lopping the people’s harden money without providing any service..

    Because of worst service from January 2016 and also worst technical support from Tikona team , we already drop email to stop our tikona services in Feb 2016 but tikona office team never gives reply to our mail. Even we dont know that after our email , when technical team of Tikona take out connection and other allied accessories from our Terrace. But they demand money from us till date for Tikona connection and when we denied to pay because we not use any tikona services after january 16, then tikona team continuously harras us and threaten by sending various messages for legal proceedings, and also call us saying that they are calling from 30 hajari court, delhi and they lodged case against us in the same court but when we checked phone numbers from internet , we get knowledge that , they are tickona team’s phone numbers.

    We want to get it to your notice that we are extremely upset with your services provided. the internet connection is not working, it gives a lot of problems to connect it. Also, we are not able to complaint against your company as the number provided for customer care number does not respond, we therefore request you to either improve your services or cancel our connection, this is the last time we are complaining next time onward we wont be paying your bill and we are very clear about it.

    Your engineer as well as service person not picking phone and I have complaint more than 10 times for not working of internet. Every time new person talk new service person talk and clarify the matter since starting constantly. Are you paying your engineer or service person for not doing work or what???

    One of the worst service provider and customer service is of no use, its just waste of one’s precious time as they keep you on hold for long. (yes customer care must be busy on other calls because all the customer must be complaining of the pathetic service).

    No proper processes and system in place…I wonder how they function.
    I suggest they should close for sometime – SET proper processes in place and then only resume the services.

    m nagesh from lucknow , customer of tikona internet servce, with user id-1114278206. i have already called to customer care in aug sep for disconnection of my net service as i was to move in delhi and was told by the lady operator that within a week a person will be sent for disconnection at my residing addresss. i waited foer aweek bjut no one came and i moved to delhi . till april 2017 my net wasnt disconnected and from a week m getting msg from tikona that legal processing will be done as i havnrt paid 1600 due amount which i havnt used from sep 2016. what the hell is wrong with u guys. worst network service provided by any internet provider. apart from this from a week havbe called so many times to customer care but no one is picking up the call and theuy hold the call for 10 15 mins abnd still no one picks. who is responsible for this? when i called the local area provider of mahanager they cut my call twice. i want immediate discconection of my internet on the provided user id. really disappointing

    I am Ravinder Bisht from Delhi- I have taken connection from Tikona by paying their instalation charges etc.After some time I have planned to leave delhi hence called custom care and informed them to disconnect my connection well before their billing cycle .(bill cycle every 27th day of a month). I have paid full payment of their last bill and intimated them on 20th through mail that i dont required the connection and becuase i was leaving delhi. I have also clearly mentioned that i will not pay a single penny if they continue the connection.
    They have not disconnected the connection and raised bill of of Rs 200/-which is not paid by me becuase they done unethical billing.
    Now their team harshing me by visiting my home and giving threats over the phone.
    They will responsible if something wrong happens to me or my family member

    Really its a worst service provider. It use to make a fake call to customer regarding the billing payment. I got fake call from a lady who said i m a lawer deepika das from delhi. I have done FIR against tikona and that lady.Please help me if someone.

    For all Tikona customer , don’t believe that company it is fake company if customer unable to pay bill and also if customer not yet used connection also they will collect amount to third party name was mukesh sharma he will call by this no (+917220928148) he will speak like company legal advisor but he also fraud (but it is also fake only ) threaten and chit the customer .
    my personal advice to all tikona customer avoid tikona connection and disconnect as soon as possible .

    I had installed TOKONA internet in December 11th 2017, your representative told me that i will get 3 month free net and there will be no installation charges are free.

    But from February 1st week only i started getting call from your accounts department to bill bill amount for February 2018.

    Suddenly today I received a call from your company’s legal lawyer Mr. Jitendar solanki mob -9990311856 who is threatening me for a warrant on me for payment due issues. However I did my payment but Mr jitendra solanki provide me a wrong mail Id and after call he switched off his mobile , and your company have no executive in my area. So is that way your take care of your customers? Very Shameful to us. I request to others please do not take tikona broadband. very worst experience.
