    My tatasky Top Set Box stopped receiving signal in the month of Mar 2017. Your representative visited to us & re-paced top set box with a new HD Box perhaps on 21.03.2017 and taken away the old top set box and asked to re-charge with Rs.900/- which will be valid till 30 Jul 2017. The same was done and a message to that effect was received that my tatasky is re-charged of Rs.900/- and balance is valid till 30. Jul 2017. Next re-charge due on 30. Jul 2017.
    Subsequently, a message received last week that next re-charge is due on 27.04.2017 & re-charge of Rs.285/-. Pl clarify if Rs.900/- towards the cost of HD Box than why your representative has not give clear stand and asked to pay Rs.900/- towards re-charge and why my old top set box is take away ( which was property and I have paid amount for that).
    Pl do reply and clarify you stand on my email address.

    On Sept 1, 2017 I wrongly recharged my subscription for the month of Sept,2017 for Rs.28500 instead of Rs. 285 for Dhamal monthly pack. The mistake was in inserting decimal. On receipt of instruction from the bankers ( State Bank of India), the mistake was realised and on 2nd and 3rd Sept,2017 I contacted your office for the correction of the same on the helpline of your company.
    Your representative contacted me on my regd. phone and the position was explained in details.
    I will request you now kindly to refund me the balance amount after deducting the subscription for Sept.2017.

    Hi this is nitin patil my tata sky ac no is 1141298925.my RMN NO is 9221039940.last week on thursday(31.08.17) my set top box had stopped working.from that day i was calling conteneuosly.all the time ,ur representative gave aasurance for sending the technitian,but nobody has came yet.i had conversation regarding this with 6 different coullegues of customer care from ur side SHRADDHA,AKSHAY,YUVRAJ,VIJENDRA,NEHA,SNEHA but no one could not complete my query complain no- zklmsfo .i am very much dissapointed with ur service, its almost a week today u did not attain customer , i guess u need to shut down everythin if u cant attend customer from past week, .let me know ur reply regarding, or else i need to take some legal step for this

    Sir,
    with due respect it is requested that I am using Tatasky Dish from last so many years with out any problem and was satisfied with your services. This time I was asked by your representative for recharging of Dish, but due exams of our children I could not recharge the same on due date. But your representatives were calling me from time to time for recharging but I requested them that after exams I will recharge. In the month of June I was asked by your representative that I have sports Supreme Pack which costs Near about 2350/- per year after discount, but I requested them that I want to recharge for Half year this time and they told me that you have to deposit Rs. 1220/- for six months and I also confirm it online from your site. Now you have deactivated services of my ID No. 1084159332. I am well wisher of your company and I have motivated atleast 25 my friends & relatives for taking Tatasky connection. I am feeling this time very sad because you have given me such a reward by depositing charges for six months and are providing services for three months. I approached on Toll free No’s but they are saying me that your complaint has been registered but no result has yet come and my connection has been deactivated.
    It is as such requested that please look into the matter by activating my connection today for next three months so that I will remain your customer for ever.
