But due to legal fight with my wife at the court there has to require to submit the previous journey ticket which can prove that she was with me at that time.     Dear Sir I have been booked the ticket 4 number in tatkal on 23.12.2016 to Banglore from Mangalore train no 16518 , In first transaction of booking ammount of Rs-1600.00 had been deducted from my account found that no ticket genarated. immediatey message came on 23.12.2016, 11.12am purchased worth Rs 1600.00 on POS 0022256300000000000,at ONE97 communication L1 Txn# 566811915721. so please refund the money which is deducted from account.

    Customer service number doesn’t really work…i guess it’s a fake number…i booked a ticket on 8th of jan 2017. I cancelled it because my ticket was not confirmed. I paid 3800 for the ticket and the refund amount was 2840 rs, which i didn’t receive as well. One thing i don’t understand is, when my ticket is on waiting list how can they deducted 960 rs from my account. I would be grateful if some one can help me out with my issue. Thank you!

    One of the wiredest service of indian railway’s bcs i have a enquiry abt lst 2 hours i am tried to contact bt every no is not in service. Wht the fuck is that mr prabhu rail mantri . Sham on u bloody mantri u just stole our money nd not give any better service. If no one is no way to contact the railway customer care fucked up my mind for last 2 hours. Mr prabhu u better do this problem solwe. Bcz u did not doing anything to how easier ur indian railway customer care. Evn 139 no is ringing bt no picking up the call. Bloody sham on u who given u this position mr prabhu .

    On 18th Feb 2017, i was travelling from howrah to bhadrak in train No. 12839 ,B2-22
    But my Memory card slipped from my pocket which was containing very important documents on which i have worked for more than 10 years.
    I was not aware of that. But when i checked my pocket,it was not there. Then i immediately called vijayawada security department and told them about the lost item. They promised me they will check but they got nothing after seaching. I also called chennai, they also gave the same reply. I know the item is too small to find but for my self satisfaction i want to search myself. So can plz tell me the same train will go from Bhadrak to howrah.
    I have no idea what to do, my whole career has been. Spoiled. Please help me :'(

    I have booked 4 tickets from kjm to ogl.. But I didn’t get the single lower berth also.. So I cancelled the tkts.. And booked again with the option book the tkts at least 2 lower berths available.. Then money got deducted after money deduction it showed me no lower berths.. Then I clicked no to book again with atleast one lower berth option again sane thing happend.. So total 3 times money got deducted.. First time ok.. I have cancelled that.. But 2nd and 3rd time it’s a irctc.co.in mistake to deduct my amount. Total 2300 deducted with out booking the tkts.. 2300 is my one week salary.. I am trying to call customer care number from last 5 hours but no one is picking the call.. Irctc.co.in is a big organisation but giving poor support.. I am crying.. 2300 is a big amount for me.. I am requesting irctc.co.in to help on this..

    I would like to inform you that i had conform from the axis bank the transaction if given bye the irctc is not refunded and and reference id is not correct kindly refund the amount in urgent basis …

    And This Transaction is taking to much of time to refund so kindly refund in prority basis in my account and when every i call in the customare care that transaction they are tell me that they have done the refun but the transaction is not refund to me … as i have call in the irctc manner time but no response from them kindly refund the amount …

    I am very poor kindly refund the amount i have have money to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible … now its to much time happen from the irctc

    Sir, I tried to edit my profile and other details like to change my mobile number, but it was not possible on IRCTC portal after log-in. Then I tried to call on 011-23340000, but it is hack-tic one, There was answer from IVRS that customer executive are busy with other customers, after holding the line near about 20-25 minutes, there was answer, as if IVRS is replying and the gentle man disconnect the line. It is really hack-tic one. Improve the system, serve the better and the best to save the nation and proud Indians.

    Dear sir ..At the time of booking i opted for both side lower and side upper berth …And at that time 121 seats are available…But i got one upper seat and one side upper seat …I am traveling with my kid and wife so it will be very difficult for me to travel with both upper seats…
    So kindly allot me one side lower and side upper seat .

    Sir I have booked four tickets online on 19 january 2017 against pnr no 6360706476, train no 12313 for sdah to ndls journey date 6 feb 2017 , and cancelled the tickets on 4 feb 2017. On 5.feb 2017 at 8.15 AM I have received a message from irctc regarding refund of rs 7665.00 but till date no refund has been credited into my account. I have tried to contact customer care and your office hundreds of time but failed. Request your good office to refund the amount as soon as possible.

    Sir I have booked one retiring room at Secunderabad for 14/4/2017. Due to cancellation of my journey ticket, retiring room is automatically cancelled. I have received message on 15/4/2017 that retiring room has been cancelled and refund will be within 3-4 days. I am sorry to inform you that no refund amount is credited in my account till 26/4/2017. Please do the needful at an earliest . I have already complaint in customer care but amount not credited.

I have received message on 17/5/2017 that Ticket has been cancelled and refund will be within 3-4 days. I am sorry to inform you that no refund amount is credited in my account till 23/5/2017. Please do the needful at an earliest .

    i tried booking tickets got a message that your bank has rejected the amount permission please try again later i tried 3 times . got the same reply but suddenly i got the message from my bank that amount rs has been debited but i haven’t received any ticket or something. i hope to get my rupees back in my bank account. here are the details .(you withdrew rs.1189.12 from 70013209 at irctcnoidaupin with txn no. 714816642417 date 28/5/17.) got this msg 3 times i guess.

    I HAVE BOOKED TICKET IN THE TRAIN MUMBAI CST IN IIAC FROM PARASSALA TO COIMBATORE ON 11.8.17. BUT AT THE TIME OF TRAVEL TTR PROVIDED ME IN III AC STATING THAT DUE TO SOME COMPLAINT IN AC. HE ISSUED ONE RECEIPT FOR THE REFUND. BUT SO FAR I COULD NOT GET REFUND AMOUNT INSPITE OF SEVERAL ENQUIRES MADE AT THE COIMBATORE RAILWAY STATION, TRIVANDRUM RAILWAY STATION AND CHENNAI CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION.

    At The time of booking i chose the side lower, and after ticket was generated i saw in my ticket side upper. what was that ?. And yesterday i receved a text (sms) from VM-IRSMSA is like this (TRAIN NO – 22511 LTT. TO KYQ KARMABHOOMI EXPRESS OF 20/09/2017 IS CANCELLED.

    Today i trying to connect helpline numbers but the numbers are all ringing no one pickup my calls.

    I booked a ticket on 24.10.2017 { A Surya+1} on irctc via internet from Raipur to Ballia in sarnath exp. train no.15160 for date 06.02 2018 and paid the amount by using my sbi debit card. It is my surprise that amount Rs 2043.84 has been deducted from my account { Ref : OTHPG 540224 } but neither ticket was produced nor msg. regarding ticket booking was received. Kindly arrange to provide the required ticket if booking is successful . If not the deducted amount may be refunded. Thanks .

    I have booked e-ticket on 26.12.2017 from Vadodara Jn to Pathankot Cantt in train number 12471 (Swaraj Express) commencing journey on 05.03.2018 charges for e-ticket amounting to Rs. 2350/- has been deducted through transaction ID-100001099618858 from my ICICI Bank account number, but ticket has not been booked/shown on my ID even no PNR number is also blank.
